The neck lift is performed under local anesthesia or sedation. The incision typically begins at the earlobe and continues behind the ear, where the ear meets the head. It follows the natural curves and angles in front of the ear and extends along the hairline at the back. In certain cases, an additional incision is made under the chin (within the natural crease of the double chin area). The skin is gently lifted and pulled upward, with the excess tissue removed above the ears. Return to everyday life

The procedure lasts about one hour, and patients can return home after just a few hours. Only strenuous activities should be avoided for approximately 4 weeks following the surgery.
